EASY, that's how getting started is. From the main page select the country from the world map then the city that you want. You can then search the auction items or post your own. To post or bid click on register, fill out the simple form and confirm your registration. That's it, no cost, no fee's, no long setup time and no giving out your banking or detailed personal information. Once registered you are ready to post and bid on items.
