Membership is always free |
|
|
Posting and bidding in any auction is free |
|
|
Bluetooz auctions are for local postings |
|
|
Bluetooz reserves the right to remove any auction item, and
ban any member at anytime for any reason with or without
cause and doing so is at the full discretion of Bluetooz. |
|
|
Featured Seller Membership is the preferred membership for
businesses and Mega sellers |
|
|
You may post an item once in each city auction and repost it
when the auction has expired |
|
|
You may not change the details of an auction once a bid has
been made on the item |
|
|
If you win the bidding on an auction item you are expected
to complete the purchase. If you frivolously win auctions
and do not complete the purchase of the item you will be
banned from Bluetooz. |
|
|
If you create frivolous auction you will be banned from
Bluetooz. |
|
|
:Where "bluetooz" is the seller, theses are promotional
posts for the benefit of all Bluetooz members, items are
auctioned by Bluetooz in conjunction with company promotions
and third party promotions. |

|
Private Branded Auctions are run by 3rd party individuals
and companies, Bluetooz is not liable for any action by the
third party owner of the auction. |

No auction that is pornographic or depicts
a human being engaged in actual sexual conductincluding but
not limited to (i) sexual intercourse, including
genital-genital,
oral-genital, anal-genital, or oral-anal, whether between
persons of the same or
opposite sex, or (ii) bestiality, or (iii) masturbation, or
(iv) sadistic or
masochistic abuse, or (v) lascivious exhibition of the
genitals or pubic area
of any person |

harasses, degrades, intimidates or is hateful toward an
individual orgroup of individuals on the basis of religion,
gender, sexual orientation,
race, ethnicity, age, or disability |

No Auction, email or posting that
violates federal, state, or local equal employment
opportunity laws, including but not limited to, stating in
any advertisement for
employment a preference or requirement based on race, color,
religion,
sex, national origin, age, or disability |

No auction, email or posting that is
unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing,
defamatory, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or is
harmful to minors in any way |

No auction email or posting that
impersonates any person or entity, including, but not
limited to, a Bluetooz employee, or falsely states or
otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or
entity (this provision does not apply to Content
that constitutes lawful non-deceptive parody of public
figures.); |

No auction, email or posting that
includes personal or identifying information about another
person without that person's explicit consent |
|
|
No auction, email or posting that is
false, deceptive, misleading, deceitful, mis-informative, or
constitutes "bait and switch"; |

|
No auction, email or posting that
constitutes or contains "affiliate marketing," "link
referral code," "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters,"
"pyramid schemes," or unsolicited
commercial advertisement |

|
No auction, email or posting that
infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or
otherproprietary rights of any party, or Content that you do
not have a right tomake available under any law or under
contractual or fiduciary
relationships |

|
No auction, email or posting that
includes links to commercial services or web sites, except
as allowed; |

|
No auction, email or posting that
advertises any illegal service or the sale of any items the
sale ofwhich is prohibited or restricted by any applicable
law, including without limitation items the sale of which is
prohibited or regulated by California

No auction, email or posting collect personal data about
other users for commercial or unlawful purposes |

|
No auction, email or posting use automated means, including
spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like to
download data from the Service |

No auction, email or posting attempt to gain unauthorized
access to Bluetooz's computer systems orengage in any
activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of,
interfereswith the performance of, or impairs the
functionality of, the Service or the
Bluetooz website |

No auction, email or posting use any form of automated
device or computer program that enables the submission of
postings on Bluetooz without each posting being manually
entered by the author thereof (an "automated posting
device")including without limitation, the use of any such
automated posting device to submit
postings in bulk, or for automatic submission of postings at
regular intervals |
